Our boys are growing! Scott Jr. turned 6 and CJ turned 2 last Friday. We celebrated with a Pirate birthday party and cake at the request of Jr. The party was at the "Fountains" - a great spot for a party as there is no clean-up and plenty of space for the kids to run around and get wet. For those who followed my last post, I cheated a bit and ended up getting a local cake shop to make the cake. It was just too stressful for me to figure out how to bake an allergy-free cake and decorate it with a Pirate theme with everything else we had going on. Maybe next year! They each received bicycles for their birthday, and so we have enjoyed finding places for them to ride. Yesterday we took them all up to the high school to ride around. Not only did they enjoy their bikes, but they especially enjoyed the track. As you can see we have some future Olympians :). Here they are getting set for the "race" to begin. CJ didn't understand you have to be behind the start line!
